Meet the designers behind the blooms.

Pink Sunday is built on a shared love for beauty, belonging, and the quiet joy of flowers thoughtfully arranged. Together, we bring two distinct paths—and one united vision—to floral design.

Our Story

We came to flowers from different directions—one through farming and a love of seasonal growing, the other through artful design and a gift for visual storytelling. What we discovered along the way is that beauty has the power to heal, connect, and transform—and that we could build something truly special together.

At Pink Sunday, we reimagine floristry as an experience: deeply intentional, rooted in the rhythms of nature, and full of quiet luxury. Whether we’re flowering a wedding, wrapping a bouquet, or designing an installation, our work is always grounded in care—for our clients, our community, and the earth.

Co-Founder

Lauren Hollis

Lauren is the farmer of our duo—usually found outside with dirt on her hands and able to name nearly every plant she sees. After walking through a season of deep personal grief, she found healing in growing flowers, which led her to start Aurora Meadows Farm and spend the last two years designing seasonal arrangements for customers across the Midlands.

As a fourth-generation farmer and business owner, she's deeply passionate about supporting local agriculture and now brings that same commitment to Pink Sunday—sourcing blooms not only from her own fields, but from other flower growers in the area. Her background in farm-based floristry and love for community make her a grounded and joyful force behind everything we do.

Co-Founder

Jordan Stokes

Jordan is the other half of our creative team—the hands behind many of the sculptural, movement-filled arrangements that define our style. She came to floral design after having her children, drawn to the calm and creativity it offered during a tender season. What began at her kitchen table soon blossomed into a small floral business inspired by her grandmother, whose garden sparked a lifelong love of flowers.

With a background in accounting, Jordan brings precision and thoughtfulness to every petal she places—but it’s her instinct for shape, storytelling, and space that makes her work stand out. At Pink Sunday, she’s known for her artistry, her warmth, and the way she intuitively knows what a space (or bouquet) needs to feel complete.

We balance each other. Lauren knows what’s blooming and how to coax beauty from what’s in season. Jordan sees the room and knows exactly what it needs. Together, we create florals that are both rooted and refined—grounded in nature, styled with intention.
